FAQ Orders
We currently ship to residential/commercial addresses in all 50 states. We do not currently ship to P.O. box addresses or addresses outside of the United States.
For payments, we accept all major credit cards as well as Google Pay.

Our standard order processing timeframe for US orders is 1-5 business days from the payment date.
After your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address linked to your order.
If you haven’t received your tracking information and it has been over 3 business days, please contact us at info@goodguut.com.
If plans change, contact us at support@goodguut.com with order details for cancellations before shipping.
You can sign up for monthly subscriptions to get a regular flow of gummies delivered to your door. You can cancel or update your subscription at least 48h before your order is set to refill (otherwise the change will apply to the next month's order). You also save 10% on all subscriptions, and never have to worry about running out of your gummy supply again.
